The adjustment of the tension control after changing the film must be very careful. Before using the paper tape to measure the tension, the operation habit of the tension can be determined. Attention must be paid to the concept of unit line tension. The maximum or minimum unit line tension is calculated by the full width under extreme conditions, and then the unwinding tension, the feed tension, the discharge tension, and the winding tension are calculated according to the type, thickness, and width of the film used. This is similar to gravure film printing, which is bypassed.

Since the use of ink is required for environmental protection, it is very worried that the drying of the film ink is relatively slow. Therefore, it is desirable to change the lower paper feed structure of the original unit type flexo printing machine to the upper paper feed. In this way, the drying tunnel is turned over to the fuselage, and the shape is similar to that of the gravure printing machine. This improvement is reasonable because the paper moves up and the center of gravity of the machine moves down, and the machine is more stable at high speeds. The drying tunnel can also be lengthened for better drying. However, one must pay attention to one: when the film is printed, the first corner guide roller encountered in the drying tunnel, please pay attention to the surface friction coefficient, not too rough. Otherwise, the ink film formation has not been completely cured, the ink film is tender, and the surface of the guide roller is too rough, and the ink film is easily pulled.


The unit type ink-jet printing film can use the same film as the gravure printing. Unit-type flexo printing can also be achieved as long as the registration accuracy achieved by gravure can be achieved. Because the structure of these two models is similar, the tension control requirements for the film are similar. Moreover, since the flexo pressure is much smaller than the gravure pressure, the reverse friction caused by the positive pressure is also much different, and the compensation of the flexographic film roll is much smaller than that of the gravure, and therefore, in the gravure transmission and film compensation Empirical data may be much more blurred than flexographic data. This is the advantage of flexo printing. However, if it must be printed on the unit type model to be thinner than the gravure, this is difficult.
