Guangdong Jiajing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Kagem), founded in 1999, specializes in the R&D, production and sales of water-based inks, water-based varnishes, water-based acrylic resins, water-based acrylic emulsions, pearlescent binders and other eco-friendly water-based printing materials. Our products can be applied to flexographic, gravure, spray coating or scrape coating printing processes of printing substrates such as paper, cardboard, plastic film, aluminum foil, etc., involving color coated paper packaging, corrugated carton packaging, plastic flexible packaging, pharmaceutical packaging and other printing industries. The company adheres to the business philosophy of “win-win cooperation and common development”, Kagem has provided customized eco-friendly printing solutions for thousands of customers based on actual printing conditions. 

With over 20 years of experience and industry persistence, Kagem has become the largest manufacturer of eco-friendly water-based inks in China. The total investment of plant and equipment is several hundred million yuan, covering an area of over 25,000m² and the company has an annual output of more than 30,000 tons. Our independent R&D team, scientific quality management system and advanced production and testing equipments are the core competitiveness of the company. We have obtained 12 patents and the products are sold to over 30 countries at home and abroad. 

Keeping the craftsmanship spirit and the concept of sustainable development, Kagem will continue to promote the technological innovation and popularization of eco-friendly water-based inks, and lead the development of water-based ink technology to ceramics, wood, plastics and other substrates and high-end new products, so as to become a world leading enterprise of water-based ink.

Our History

From 1999 to present

  • 1999

    Establishment

    Dongguan Jiajing Printing Materials Co., Ltd. (predecessor of Kagem) was established, and the first plant of Kagem began to produce water-based ink.

  • 2002

    Independent production of water-based varnish

    Water-based varnish production line was successfully developed and put into production, making the water-based varnish another key product of Kagem.

  • 2004

    Self-formulated polymer synthetic resin emulsion

    Mastered the technology of self-formulated water-based acrylic emulsion.

  • 2005

    Market expansion of color coated paper printing materials

    Our marketing strategy shifted from the water-based carton ink to the water-based color coated paper printing materials in marketing strategy, the company quickly occupied the domestic color coated paper printing materials market.

  • 2006

    Improvement of R&D team

    Established product R&D management system, introduced senior technical talents of the industry, and promoted the industry-university-research cooperation domestically and internationally.

  • 2010

    ISO9001 and ISO14001Certifications

    The company passed the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environment Management System certifications.

  • 2012

    Globalization

    Our newly established Foreign Trade Department helped the company radiate its sales network to the global market.

  • 2013

    Relocation & capacity expansion

    In order to meet the strong demands for our products, the company invested nearly 300 million yuan to build a new factory and expanded the annual capacity to 50,000 tons.

  • 2015

    Established Guangdong Eco-friendly Water-based Ink Engineering Technology Research Center

    Established a provincial-level engineering center as authorized by Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology.

  • 2016

    Listing in NEEQ

    The company was officially listed in NEEQ in January 2016. Kagem became the first listed company of water-based ink in China.

  • 2019

    Brand image upgrading

    Transforming from Chinese products to Chinese brand, Kagem established an independent water-based ink brand in China.

  • Future Prospects

    Become the industrial leader of water-based inks in the world Achieve globalization of sales network and strive to innovate to promote the popularization of eco-friendly water-based inks.
